1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the BMP CRM platform, including the admin panel, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent.
2. Accounts & access
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. Access is scoped to your organization and tenant as configured by your administrator. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with platform security, uploading malicious code, or using the Service in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that risks the platform or other customers.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit that data solely to provide and improve the Service. We implement organizational and technical measures designed to isolate tenant data; see our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal information.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans, modules, and usage-based charges are billed according to the package selected during signup or as amended by your organization administrator. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for renewal periods.
6. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with email, storage, analytics, or other third-party providers you configure (for example, tenant SMTP for outbound mail). Your use of those integrations is subject to the third party's terms and your credentials remain your responsibility.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions about these Terms may be directed to legal@bmpcrm.com.
